Vihren Royal Palace

The location was good, and the room also.

The hotel staff told me that I should have to pay extra for breakfast after the first night, even though I've paid for breakfast in my booking.

The hotel was in a very good location not far to walk to get to bars and cafes and the gondola was only a short walk away. Room was spacious and clean and warm. The spa is also a must it was lovely to relax after skiing all day.

The walk to our room in the annex was a bit of a pain especially carrying skis and cases we had to go up to floor one and then across to the annex then walk to another lift and then up to floor 4.

The location of hotel was very good about 5/7minutes walk from the Gondola

The beds were awful and pillows worse gave me back ache and didnt help when you came back from a day of skiing to rest when it was so uncomfortable, the hotel was not upto a 4star standard

This is the worse hotel I ever stay, The crew is not friendly ,the house cleaning teams doesn't want to clean, All you asked the crew the answer is the same "tomorrow"' There is no one that support , even when we paid to one of the workers to bring clean bleeding she bring only two ,for the other two the answer was only tomorrow and than the day after she didn’t came…. We left the hotel a day before even that we paid for it !!!!
