Over priced for how outdated the hotel is.

Breakfast was good. Underground parking was good (they rectified the entrance for 2025 and normal cars can enter now) but quite expensive, 25BGN/day, it was possible to have a parking spot reserved outside for 15BGN/day. The room was big, the heating was very good, hot water working well. Location is great. The sink was clogged when we arrived but told the receptionist and was dealt with immediately. Staff was generally very nice and helpful. Judging by some other reviews I expected worse, but everything that was important was very good and taking into account the price paid I think the hotel is great (180BGN/day/2persons). The spa is a good bonus. We had 2 balconies, the view is amazing.

There were some stains on the sofa, the drainage in the bathroom was made poorly and water would collect in the middle. If I nitpick, the water in the pool could have been a little hotter (it was sufficient, 30-31 degrees C, but a few more degrees and it would have been wonderful). You could quite clearly hear noises from other rooms through the walls, but generally it was quiet and this was not a problem (just one night a group of people arrived at about 3:00 AM and woke us up, I was staying at the 4th floor and my friend was staying on the 1st floor and we both heard the noises those people made)

Location was brilliant. No complaints. Room was huge with 2 floors.

It was difficult to temperature control.
