The location is great, right next to the gondola. The breakfast was decent. The common areas, spa, restaurant, bar were ok.

- the room is very small - the beds are very uncomfortable - the furniture is very old - the windows don't close very well and you can feel the cold air entering the room - electric heaters made the air very dry - the bathroom is small, you can barely fit into the shower cabin, there is mold on the walls, the door was broken - the cleaning is done sloppy and superficial
