"Wrong room…at first"

We booked a 2 bed for my son and I two months in advance but when we arrived they told us they were sold out of 2 beds and we were given a 1 bed for our 6 night stay. They did allow us to change starting the 2nd night at least. Otherwise, the room and location met our needs for visiting the parks.

Love the staff and property. Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating. Property is clean, very well taken care of. Great place for families traveling with kids. Definitely will come back!

Nice kitchens, comfortable beds. Free laundry machines (but expensive detergent!).

No warning that the pool would be closed during our stay. Not actually close enough to Disney to walk comfortably. They claimed they didn't know about the included parking but eventually let us park free.
