Loud family with 5 kids running upstairs at all hours day and night. The hotel staff refused to remedy the situation until I wrote to corporate directly. The manager gave me partial refund but it did nothing for the loss of sleep and headaches of dealing with this issue. Most of the staff members were untrained, unprofessional and excessively rude. One girl in particular should have been fired after threatening me and the management team did nothing. Cheap hotel with below average service. Furniture in the room was worn and torn everywhere. Spend your money elsewhere!

Super comfy rooms, quiet, within walking distance to Disney and close to a shopping centre with plenty of dining options. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The little lobby store was great for snacks!

"Enjoyed our stay!"

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would stay here again. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is stocked and big, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. To get to disney it was close enough to walk or to pop over to the Toy Story lot and shuttle, and lots of restaurants are nearby. Very quiet, felt cozy!
