I booked the stay for two nights. Has some travel difficulty and only stayed one night. I asked the front desk if I could get a copy of the stay that I only stayed one night. Staff checked me in when I wasn’t there. Now I cannot submit a travel claim because in their computer showed that I was checked in. Asked for a general manager, who, of course, wasn’t there asked the front desk for the general manager to contact me, which he never. Thought it was shady that staff checked me in when I wasn’t present until the next day.

"The best staff around"

All the staff were so genuinely friendly, it felt like we were in a movie. There wasn't one bad experience from the front desk, maids or kitchen staff. The rooms were roomy and clean with a great price and location. I will be telling everyone who tells me they're going to Maine. Keep up the good work!

Stayed here for a wedding and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. We were able to do an early check-in and a late check-out. The room was spacious.
