Pool area has peeling paint on the ceiling that is flaking into pool area. Pool cold. Room was on the first floor right near housekeeping, extremely noisy while trying to sleep. Sofa bed was absolutely terrible. Stayed in room 116, extremely musty smell in there when we arrived. Homeless person circling parking lot at night.

This place is amazing. They treated my mom and I amazing. They moved use from one room to another. They did everything for us while we were out for birthday breakfast.

Place is nice and clean, but very disappointing to have very cheap and horrible sleeping pillows. I had a bad sleep night. Please change pillows as soon as possible.

All good except for internet access. could not get ethernet and had to get tech support for wi-fi which didn't last for the last day of our stay. Tech support itself was long and arduous.

We were in town for college graduation. We booked the room many months in advance. We paid more than we normally do for a luxury hotel for this one-night stay at a Residence Inn because it was graduation weekend. Not a good value but fine.

The hotel was perfectly located for me, near Bates College. The rooms were clean, large, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. The pool was very clean and appealing, although I did not use it during my stay. The breakfast was much better than the standard fare at other places, and included several fresh, hot options in addition to the breads, juices, and cereals one expects. Also, the breakfast hours were generous. Overall, I would happily return here and would recommend it without hesitation to anyone in the Lewiston-Auburn area.
