Zeer gastvrij personeel, enorm vriendelijk en service gericht. Prachtig aangelegd resort, alles wordt heel goed bijgehouden, prachtige tuinen Heerlijk eten Fijne professionele massages in de spa

Geen gevarieerde nationaliteiten mix van gasten, 90 % Russen Strand gedeelte is erg aan het eroderen, wel netjes verzorgd en voldoende ligbedden. Matras erg hard, werd enigszins verholpen door een zachte topper

Прекрасный отель, он настолько утопает в зелени, будто ты живешь в джунглях. Сотрудники отеля ухаживают за территорией на отлично. Очень уютный отель, все компактно и красиво. Очень классный спа на территории отеля, просто релакс и отличный сервис. Рекомендую. Персонал это отдельно благодарность, все безумно радушные и вежливые. Завтраки хорошие, всегда были сытыми.

"Third time in Bamboo Village Beach and Spa Resort and still in love with this resort"

December 2025 🎄 We are back at Bamboo Village Beach & Spa Resort for the third time this year, and the resort keeps getting better and better every year. This time, we stayed in a beachfront bungalow for a few days, and it was truly something special for us. Next time, we will spend our entire stay in the bungalow only. You have a private terrace right by the beach, a luxury bed, an amazing sea view, and breathtaking bathrooms. It is honestly the best accommodation we have ever experienced — the bungalow is a new must-have in Asia. We also visited the new spa area, Waterlily Spa, and it is absolutely fabulous for pure relaxation. Yes, Vietnamese streets are full of foot massage salons, but if you really want to relax in peace and quiet, Waterlily Spa is the place to be. And what else should you know? The staff and services. They are doing an amazing job — their smiles make your days better, and if you need anything, they seem to see it in your eyes before you even ask. Thank you, guys. You are doing your absolute best for your guests, and we truly love it here.

"Oase der Ruhe mit wunderschönem tropischen Garten"

Das Bamboo Village verfügt über eine sehr schöne, gepflegte sowie ruhige Gartenanlage. Diese hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Ebenso die Variante eines ( ruhigen) Pools nur für Erwachsene. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielseitig und gut und man kann dabei auf das Meer schauen. Für Ruhesuchende ist diese Anlage eine Oase und sehr zu empfehlen. Die Anlage befindet sich in guter Lage in MuiNe - drumherum gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants (die wir allerdings insgesamt als nicht besonders hochwertig empfanden - … Aber das hat ja nichts mit dem Resort zu tun !)

Der einzige Mängelpunkt ist tatsächlich die durchaus sehr harten Matratzen. Hier wurde jedoch, nachdem wir das anmerkten, sofort und ohne Komplikation Abhilfe mit 2 zusätzlichen Matratzenschonern getan.
