Alba Queen Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

Hotel was very nice, with great facilities but too over crowded outside with everyone all round the only pool. But staff excellent and we were able to move to one of their sister hotels - the Alba Resort Hotel just down the road, and this was excellent in every way.

I would recommend not useing this company as we had to pay an extra £160 for are luggage as this was not included or clearly mentioned during booking and also we got off the flight to find we have no transfers to hotel so another £120 to the total cost again not mentioned during booking

We cannot complain. Modern and clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious, plenty of choice and always fresh. The alcohol drinks, well they were a bit diluted, but hey! Look on the bright side- No hangover the next day! Sandy beach very well looked after, the sea is clean and pleasantly warm in May.

Friendly, professional staff, check in was fast and efficient.Lovely clean hotel, pool, beach etc. Restaurant had a good selection of fresh food with plenty of variety, friendly,efficient waiters.No obvious favouritism to other nationalities as mentioned in some reviews, they were always very attentive, quick to offer drinks etc . Entertainment staff were friendly and fun, encouraging but not pushy! Great spa. Lots of sun beds so no worries about having to get up early to reserve! Lovely relaxing family holiday.

From the start of our stay, to the end, it was a highly disappointing experience. Once we saw our rooms, they were not what we had booked, the door frame was hanging off and the keys did not work. When telling the staff at reception this, they were incredibly rude, did not listen and actually walked away from us while we were talking. At the end of the stay, when informing reception that a taxi would be picking us up, he laughed in our face (again as he didn't listen and understand) and proceeded to be extremely rude, just like his colleagues. Perhaps this is part of their training.... The bar staff were armed with sleazy comments and inappropriate behaviour and offers towards us (3 females) which was not welcomed. When they saw we were not impressed at his "offer" he became slightly embarrassed....although not enough in my opinion.

Excellent hotel staff and nice clean hotel. We had an excellent time. The staff is lovely - always helpful and cheerfull. Food is good although tends to get repetitive if you stay more than 3 days. Spa is great and so are the entertainment facilities. We came back feeling that the staff really care about the guests having a good time. Heartily recommended.

I stayed there from 12th ~ 15th April 2014. Lovely place. Would like to go back there sometime.

I booked two superior rooms in alba queen hotel Colakli over looking the pool . Spacious balcony and new pool furniture and excellent pool maintenance . The all inclusive restaurant is a joy with a large selection of food and drinks and a very polite and hard working staff from the chef with his big smile to the service boys . Most of the guests are from uk and Germany . Mustafa at front desk was a great help with the tours. Alba queen hotel is a great place to spend a relaxing few days with the kids.
