"Exceptional"

Fantastic boutique hotel a stroll from the city with beautiful gardens to enjoy. Very warm welcoming staff, that go out of their way to help. Breakfast is a must fresh produce, great bakes. Valerie is outstanding, can't wait to return.

Staff were very friendly. Valerie was exceptional. Breakfast really good with great choice. Bed amazing. Beautiful garden with gorgeous dogs about. Didn't use outside space but great amenity and would have if we had stayed longer.

Nothing to dislike. Only thing we would have liked would have been water in the room

Chegámos fora de horas e ainda assim fomos muito bem recebidos. Quarto com todas as comodidades e um pequeno-almoço acima da média. Durante a nossa estadia fomos servidos por uma equipa excepcional e com brio no seu trabalho, algo que, infelizmente, se torna raro.

Não ter ficado lá mais tempo!

The location and the garden were wonderful

Room smaller than I had anticipated. Not much clearance around the bed, which was a small double. However it was very clean and there was a good shower. The view was to the carpark, but the price was reasonable. The garden elevated my overall impression, it had rained during our stay, so we only got to see it following checkout. . With nice weather it would add value and luxury to all stays, not just the rooms with a view.

Wasn’t far from cork city and had parking on site.

Funny smell from bathroom and needed a bit of TLC (block out blinds ripped and crack in wall that needed repair). For the price and location expected more.
