The Grand Bali Nusa Dua

Location and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Horrible pool and beach lounge chairs that we had backaches. Unfortunately the beach shuttle only ran every 2 hours. The breakfast was also not particulary good. For being in Bali would expect a better fruit selection other than melon and sometimes papaya.

We had a pool access room which was awesome. Rooms were clean and so spacious. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. It is a little away from the beach but we used beach shuttle which was perfect.

Room furnishings are a little tired but still very clean and did not impact our stay. Some of the breakfast items from the buffet were soggy and not hot.

I liked the room, the property, the vicinity, the staff, the breakfast, the pool, the spa all of it. they really ensured that I had a pleasant stay

nothing that comes to mind, maybe they should give free drinking water

Huge rooms - friends were upgraded to spa room. Pools were beautiful, and was not crowded.

Breakfast was a bit - idk, unorganised? One girl pumping out eggs as many ways possible, but you’d finished the rest of the breaky before you got eggs - not her fault, just could’ve had 2 people on - and it wasn’t busy. This hotel is a big walk from beach - they have a shuttle bus, but only every 2hrs… NUSA Dua is quiet though - not heaps to do there…

Locality cleanliness, staff were exceptional,couldn’t do enough to make our stay great, will certainly be back

Duzy apartament z ogromnym łozkiem . Jeszcze na takim nie spaliśmy . 2 symetryczne, ale nie za duże baseny , w ktorych da sie poplywac . Sniadania tez ok , omlety byly smaczne tak samo jak kawa z ekspresu. .
