A fantastic, unpretentious, luxury experience. The rooms are wonderful, the staff are even better (especial thanks to Yuni and Santi who are the most helpful hotel staff I have ever encountered). Would highly recommend staying here without caveat.

The property and staff was perfect. Very occasionally other guests would have done well to remember their manners but that is NO reflection on the service or experience.

Amazing place the staff are very friendly polite the place is the welcome and gate staff very polite highly recommend will defo return location set back but shuttle to beach regular private beach area very clean will even take you personally if you ask nicely pool side room was spot on clean

The staff were always helpful and pleasant.

The hot dishes at breakfast were good but the fruit and yoghurt could have been better and more varied. There was an incessant drone in my room which I think was due to some mechanical malfunction. We didn't complain because I think the staff were busy and the hotel is old.
