The Grand Bali Nusa Dua

Large room with excellent air conditioning and water pressure.

Incredible! I had a breast surgery in nusa dua and they were so accommodating to my recovery and bringing extra pillows up for me too. 10/10 recommend!

The restaurant menu needs some improvement and tastier food.

Шикарный отель, огромный номер, у нас был с выходом к бассейну, ребёнок был в восторге. Действительно из-за близости воды может быть немного сыро, нам это не мешало. Очень доброжелательный персонал, всегда готовый помочь. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные. Около отеля вся необходимая инфраструктура. Мы остались очень довольны пребыванием в Grand Bali

Nice beach club with a free shuttle to the beach (and they add shuttle trips when it's busy). Big room and big bathroom. Extensive breakfast buffet. Great staff. Very nice pools.

We had a ground floor room (there's no elevator and we have difficulty climbing stairs) and everything felt damp. There was a little mold in the room near the ceiling. I don't know if no one had stayed in the room or it's just because of the wet rainy season (Bali had had a lot of rain recently). The gym had limited equipment and wasn't air conditioned well.

Lovely accommodation, very welcoming staff, delicious food, great facilities, lovely spa.

The staff were lovely and accommodating.The pool area was big enough and kept tidy.

The mould in our room. Our cleaner cleaned down the walls once when asked and he did a great job, however I suspect there was a lot more behind our bed. I am asthmatic and allergic so this issue did affect my breathing for our stay. If you don't have an issue with this, then staying there is recommended. As this is an older hotel I should have known this would of been an issue however it was recommended to me by a family member who stayed before.
