Old, mold, hole in bed sheets

The hotel is very old but the staff are super helpful and they look after you really well. I am very happy with this hotel especially the staff, they were absolute brilliant and amazing :) Room No 442 from 9th June to 12th June, 2026

Only that the washroom is outdated

The staff, especially the front desk staff, were wonderful. Even though it was a smoking room, there was no ashtray, so when I asked them to bring one, they brought me a candle holder as a substitute since they didn’t have any ashtrays. I really appreciated their willingness to find a solution.

There were quite a few stains on the bed sheets, but when I mentioned it to the staff, they replaced them right away.

الفرش السرير كان متسخ بنقاط دم واوساخ مقرفه . دورات المياه لايوجد بها شطاف الافطار شرق اسيوي ولا يوجد افطار عربي او عالمي

STAFF, SAYA BERAPA KALI MINTA BUKTI PEMBAYARAN TIDAK DI RESPON?? DIMANA MANA KALAU BAYAR ITU DIBERIKAN BUKTI PEMBAYARANNYA. sekelas hotel berbintang seharusnya excellent dalam melayani konsumen.

Yah, waktu itu deket aja sama venue tempat lari gue

Banyak. Udah di request, minta kamar tertinggi dengan jangan dead end view. Malah di kasih kamar 404. Yang ngadep ke pemandangan gak jelas. Dengan posisi lantai tsb keknya jarang ada yang nginap. Ruanganku spt tidak pernah di pakai. Begitu masuk ada nyamuk, exhaust tidak bekerja, air kamar mandi susah mengering. Ini itu hotel tua dengan minim perawatan. Gak mau lagi nginep lagi. Cukup pertama dan seumur hidup kemarin aja. Gak mau foto2 kerna udah terlalu spooky vibesnya. Horror and horrid experience.
