"Consistent Exceptional Service"

Having been at S hotel Kingston for quite a number of stays, I can attest that they have 1 of the best customer service in the area. The hotel is located in a prime spot with access to everything you will need in walking distance. Very warm atmosphere and it just had be with a Front Office Manager like Tanisha HC lol she is amazing. Rooms are modern, cozy and nice. The hotel is always clean and the hallways smells awesome. Despite being close to a major roadway the noise level is rather low with makes the stay even better. Looking the new Cappuccino machine at breakfast, a nice touch to the amenities. Akeem at the poolside bar on the ground floor makes a a great Pina Colada. It is always a pleasure staying here.

"High Marks and a Reasonable Price"

The staff are all friendly, courteous, and professional. The room was clean, nicely appointed and comfortable. The pool bar had a good menu (the jerk chicken wrap was perfect for a light dinner) and the view is lovely. This was my third stay here and each time it has been great.

"Amazing Pre Anniversary stay😘"

My husband and I stayed at the S Hotel this past weekend and let me tell you….🤩 from the food to the service everything was 5 Star!!! The atmosphere felt very intimate in the middle is the bustling Capitol Kingston. 10/10 would recommend.

The experience was excellent, the food was great, we had the salmon with sweet potato mash and the stuffed chicken and everything was to my liking and to end it off tanisha HC took excellent pictures of me and my fiancée and it was a magical moment.

"Romantic dinner with live music"

The ambience is just amazing from entrance to the Rocksteady restaurant. No need to worry about parking as there is additional parking and shuttle service. The menu had many options and the drink menu was also very interesting. Be sure to try the Sunset Cooler *wink wink* The staff was very welcoming, especially Tanisha HC who made the experience even more unforgettable.

"Lovely Valentine’s Night"

My fiancé and I had a beautiful and intimate night at the S Hotel. The food was very delicious and the ambience was amazing. Our lovely front of house manager Tanisha HC was very friendly and attentive we appreciate it so much.
