Rock Steady restaurant dining was very good. The breakfast is outstanding along with the service. The food is great. The menu is diverse. Tanisha HC provided exceptional service and Very knowledgeable.

From the moment we arrived, the customer service was standout, warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. A special thank you to Tanisha HC, she has an infectious smile and such positive energy that you can’t help but feel uplifted by it. She made us feel welcome every single day and is a real credit to the hotel. Francine also deserves a big mention for being consistently helpful, friendly, and on point. The hotel itself is a modern boutique spa style hotel, beautifully maintained, with multiple pools to choose from. Our room was cleaned immaculately and always felt fresh, modern, and comfortable. If you’re looking for a stylish place to stay in Kingston with service that truly makes a difference, we’d absolutely recommend S Hotel and we’ll definitely be back.

I would recommend The S Hotel for your stay in Kingston. The rooms are big and the bathroom are wonderful. The staff are friendly and polite and always there to assist and provide any guidance.. I will shout out to Tanisha HC, Melanie, Kristen and Nicholyn for their amazing customer service.

I had the most wonderful stay at Spanish court. The staff were awesome especially Romario and Tanisha HC. The food was incredible! And the ambience is great. It was great to stay in a place that had a pool and a gym. I didn’t get to use the spa, but next time I’ll be straight in there! It’s in a wonderful location in New Kingston and easily accessible to everywhere. Highly recommend!

Great ambiance. Staff are top tier, always helpful and attentive. Special mentions to Taniesha W, Phillip the Bellman, Moya from the front desk and Tanisha HC who is always warm and welcoming. My wife and I felt at home and really very special. We were booked to stay 4 days and ended up staying for 10 days. That is to show how special S Hotel and its team members are to us. Clock that "T". Truly an amazing experience.

As vegetarians, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of delicious Jamaican options available to us. The food was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The overall energy of the hotel was positive, relaxed, and inviting, creating a great atmosphere for rest and enjoyment.

Come to the S Hotel in Kingston - don’t think twice about it. The staff at S Hotel has been phenomenal. From the beginning of my trip, the staff went gone above and beyond to ensure everything came with ease. The continental breakfast is fantastic, the dinner is delicious, and the cafe was a beautiful touch to convene with friends. I want to highlight the following individuals who lived my spirits during my stay: - Nicolette (manager at the bar) thank you for your generosity, your light and amazing recommendation (the curry shrimp was 🤌🏾) - Sheldon made the best ice coffee and brought all the vibes in the curation process - Owen (breakfast) operates with efficiency and care - Janice (breakfast) no ask was to small or too big ans thank you for fulfilling all of my foodie dreams - Tanisha HC (breakfast) is the orchestrator, the musical conductor of this hospitality group making sure everyone is in sync, on beat, and still creates room for everyone to be heard and felt. Thank you to the S Hotel staff for the experience and I’ll definitely be back again!
