S Hotel Kingston

I had lunch at S Hotel Kingston recently. The food was great, and the customer service received from Tanesha Campbell was excellent.

Strings Cafe at S Hotel is a gem. Amazing food, beautiful presentation and top tier service. The staff are attentive and quiet warm. During my visit I met a very professional staff by the name of Tanisha Campbell who made us feel especially comfortable with her warm hospitality and exciting spirit. She made our experience delightful and a spot I will visit again.

My partner and I spent his birthday at the S Hotel. We were pleasantly surprise, as we were able to schedule reservation for our dinner at the hotel. I had the oxtail and sweet potato...My spouse had the stew fish and rice and peas. The food was very good. We found out that they have light entertainment sometime, with music playig. We enjoyed our selves. The staff was professional. I would definetily refer this hotel to my friends.

Due to the hurricane Melissa in Jamaica, I had to visit Jamaica. The Hotel of choice recommended by friends was the S.Hotel in Kingston. Let me tell you, they didn't disappoint. When I arrived, I was greeted at the front desk with a refreshing drink- that really set the tone. I had a busy schedule issuing my care packages, and was glad to know that I could have had breakfast from the buffet in the morning.The staff was very professional, and I wanted to mention a few...Joseph Perrin (front desk manager) Moya ( front desk staff) Kadian( kitchen staff) and the housekeepers were the best. After a long day, we were able to enjoy a meal on the second floor where the infinity pool is located. I love that its outside, you could feel the lovely night island breeze.

I had the best experience at the S, we went through that hurricane so calm. The staff should be commended for all their hardworking and dedication. We were fed right through as if nothing was happening. The Restaurant Manager snd kitchen staff should give themselves a tap on the shoulders, well done. They kept checking on everyone ensuring we were ok and that made a big difference in our mental state. I will definitely tell my family and friends about this property.

Rocksteady restaurant at S Hotel Kingston was the perfect spot for us to celebrate my cousin's 70th birthday. The atmosphere was cozy, the staff attentive but the food was the star of the show. With the various menu options, everyone found their perfect dish and could not stop commenting on the delectable dishes we shared. Truly a memorable evening.

I stayed at this property during a category 5 hurricane, hurricane Melissa in October . Luckily we did not get a direct hit in Kingston but the staff and service received during this horrible natural disaster is worth talking about since all over social media I have been seen tourist speaking poorly about other properties. Firstly I want to thank the men and women who committed to serving us during this hurricane because we know you left your family to be with us and we are truly grateful for this. Thanks for the consistent communication and understanding as fear crippled most of us. #unsoundheroes

My husband and I visited Jamica for our aniversary this year. We decised to stay for a few weeks in Kingston at S Hotel so that we could also visit some of our family and friends. We heard that a hurricane was coming, our friends and family wanted us to come stay with them or go back home before the storm arrive. We decised to stay at our hotel, because we stayed there several times before and it was great. We made a good choice to do so. The customer service was great as usual, the food was excellent, we got some tlc during the passing of the hurricane. The house keeping manager checked on us to make sure that we are ok. We were very comfortable and happy during our stay S Hotel Kingston. I would truly recommend to visit them, they are amazing.

Was a fantastic stay during the heroes weekend at Spanish Court, hotel was marvelous. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was so polite and very helpful. It was amazing. Can't wait to go back again.

Our stay from Nov 1-4 was extremely wonderful. We requested a room change and got it, we requested late check out and got that also. The food is soooo good. The staffs are so welcoming and polite, very professional. I’ve been to many hotels that are larger and I’ve never felt like this. The service I’ve received here was really good. The room is clean, the restaurants are beautiful and the pool areas nice and clean and well kept. Thank you for such a good experience. I’ll definitely be back.
