Beautiful atmosphere! Excellent service by staff..Especially Caulette! Food was amazing! Can't wait to go again!!!

Recently stayed at S Hotel Kingston for the 2nd time. Once again they did not disappoint...food was on par. Yes I had to purchase ackee and saltfish but the team explained the changes and we accepted it. The staff was awesome by the way. Very attentive, always smiling and willing to assist us with our every need. This time I got to use the Jacuzzi tub and I'm very glad I did. I encourage everyone who visits to try it... super relaxing. The room was impeccably clean. Kudos to the housekeeping team who made sure my amenities were replenished and always gave me warm smiles when I saw them in the hallway. This is my new favorite place to be! See you next time.

I'm from Kingston, so going home usually means squeezing in with kind relatives. This trip, my sister booked S Hotel instead and now I am hooked. I still felt authentically at home, and very much in JA and not in some beige, could-be-anywhere room. We were so impressed with the staff, who were all friendly. Unfortunately, we didn't get to hit the pool due to a looming hurricane. A grocery store across the street is a real way to get a slice of Kingston life. I did use the business center which was a lifesaver.

We ended our vacation at S Hotel Kingston after a few days at S Hotel Montego Bay, and it was the perfect way to close out our trip. From check-in, Moya provided exceptional service — warm, patient, and professional. After a long drive from Mobay, her kind welcome, beverage, and hot towel made us feel right at home. Christopher also went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He was friendly, attentive, and followed up on every detail. Both Moya and Christopher truly represent outstanding hospitality. S Hotel is fortunate to have such excellent team members

My wife and I were coming to Jamaica from the UK and fancied something different for our ten year anniversary...what can I say for our three nights there there the staff, the hotel right through to the rooms were amazing and qwerky... special thanks to Deandra, Dwayne, Maya and kristen for there support and going above and beyond...anyone reading this pls pls try the hotel you won't be disappointed and for me it's value for money, locations good and it seems to have a feel of authentic jamaican experience, from the music being played in the background friendly staff and food...

This hotel suited our needs exactly. It was close to the airport, the rooms are clean and has a fridge and air con. Parking was free and the breakfast included in our room rate was exemplary. They have a pool and which were well maintained. Would highly recommend.

The property is stunning—modern, spotless, and full of warm Jamaican charm that immediately makes you feel at home. The atmosphere perfectly balances luxury and comfort, creating the ideal setting for relaxation. The staff truly made my stay exceptional. At the front desk, Camille and Moya were both welcoming, professional, and attentive—always greeting me with smiles and making sure everything ran smoothly from check-in to departure. In the restaurant, Kadian provided top-notch service—friendly, engaging, and always ensuring my dining experience was wonderful. A special thanks to Stacy, the Housekeeping Manager, who was incredibly kind, professional, and hands-on with her team. My room was always pristine, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Every single staff member I interacted with was polite, helpful, and genuinely cared about creating a memorable experience for guests. Their teamwork and hospitality are what truly make this hotel stand out. The amenities were excellent—the pool area was relaxing, the restaurant and bar offered delicious food and drinks, and the entire property had a vibrant yet peaceful vibe. Overall, S Hotel Kingston exceeded my expectations in every way. The service, atmosphere, and hospitality were outstanding. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Jamaica and will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kingston!
