Listen, Spanish Court is easily the best Boutique Hotel in Kignston, Jillian and Renae (restaurant supervisor) are very accommodating! The Staff is vibrant, polite and friendly and go the extra mile to get things done. They went out of their way to allow us to have our reception dinner there and our guests kept referring to the excellence of the staff.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for over a decade, and it has truly felt like a second home over the years. Unfortunately, during my recent two-week stay over the Christmas holiday, I noticed that the overall quality of service was not quite what it has been in the past. That said, several team members continue to exemplify exceptional hospitality. The bell staff—Phillip, Dwayne, and especially Tevin—consistently deliver exemplary service. Tevin is truly a superstar; he always remembers us and our large family and makes us feel genuinely welcomed every time we arrive. Camille at the front office was also very warm and welcoming upon check-in. Housekeeping was another highlight of our stay. Nateshia, our Room Attendant, was amazing, and the housekeeping team did a great job maintaining the cleanliness of our room. Aloysius also went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. However, there were some notable challenges. I experienced multiple engineering issues that were not resolved in a timely manner and had to report the same issue three times before it was finally addressed. Additionally, we requested several items through the front desk that were never delivered, which was disappointing. The restaurant staff consistently provided excellent service. A special shout-out to Mr. Owen, Taneisha, and Melany, every interaction with them was pleasant, and they always greeted us with genuine smiles and attentiveness. We’ve had breakfast and lunch and the food is so delicious. You can taste the authentic Jamaican food in every bite. Great job chefs! Upon checkout, I shared my feedback directly with the Front Office Manager. While this stay fell short of the high standards I’ve come to expect over the years, I truly hope the hotel can return to the level of service that has kept me coming back for more than a decade.

Amazing staff , food and amenities. The rooms were classy and comfortable and clean. The food was freshly prepared and sumptuous. The staff was authentic and served with poise and pride. Honorable mention to Felicia in housekeeping, Tanisha W and Owen in the restaurant at the cabana bar. Also, 2 supervisors impressed me by being present and assuring and delivered on their promises; they are Odette and Tanisha Henry- Campbell.

My stay here at S hotel is wonderful. The staff here is very friendly and helpful and accommodating. They went about and beyond. Kristen at the front desk was awesome. Tanisha Henry has trained her staff very well. They are always asking do you need anything, can I help you. Definitely stop by the pool for some food as well it’s awesome

Upon entering the hotel I was very satisfied with the welcoming calm and professional atmosphere. The hotel is clean and luxurious looking. Tanisha Henry-Campbell has made me feel very comfortable and is and great to speak to. The hotel is located close to everything I needed and wanted during my stay
