Where to i start.. check in was good. Friendly staff. Get to my rolm and it is very hot in there. Tried turning the AC on but nothing happened. Ended up having to change the batteries out on the wall thermostat myself to get to work but didnt cool off quick.. there was also a planned power outage and a note left under my door when i walked in about it.. also my door wouldn't lock all the way. Felt very unsafe and uncomfortable specially for the price we paid.. they did issue some money back once we completed about the power outage and that was nice but definitely not an enjoyable stay. Even had wild horses running the parking lots was afraid i would go down to my motorcycle knocked over by one.

This Hotel is a great stop when exploring, and taking in the Sites. The Stoney Nakoda staff do their best to accommodate you and are really easy going. I want to give a praise to Kathy at the front desk for going the extra mile for our family and Vikki in Group rates. Well done!

The hotel is on the reserves and pays homage to the land we’re all on. There is a gallery sharing some insight, which is greatly appreciated. The rooms could use slightly more lighting but the natural light also seeps through, which is good.
