Stoney Nakoda Resort & Casino

Front desk staff was very accomodating and changed the location of our rooms so we were next to each other. We felt the rooms were overpriced especially when breakfast was not included which we usually receive at the hotels we frequently stay at.

Hotel was really great. The food at the restaurant was excellent and their staff provided attentive and courteous service throughout. However, I was disappointed by the experience at the reception. Two women appeared unsure about basic procedures. I hope they are new and still in training, as this would explain their lack of preparedness.

We had a great experience, from check in to the flexibility of the staff at the front desk for later check out, to how spacious and clean our room was. The only down side was the plumbing noise we experienced during the night (sounded like a loud shower) but otherwise everything was great.

The View from the rooms was amazing, overlooking the mountains as the sun went down from the room was so peaceful. The food in the restaurant was amazing. Although I didn't have time to visit the casino on this visit, I will be back. As i left in the morning there were horses roaming which made you feel like you really were in a sacred place.

The beds are uncomfortable and rooms are not clean. The pool was also dirty and hot tub was cold. The service and food at restaurant was ok but overall dirty everywhere. I would never stay or recommend this hotel.

Heard every flush of every toilet all night. Machines running outside banging. Impossible to sleep. Very expensive for no sleep.

Great place to stop on your way to Banff, and a fun time at the casino.

This place has downgraded since the last time I was here. Rooms and hallways are outdated along with terrible service in the restaurant. This hotel had a lot of potential in the past.
