My son and I are definitely going back!

The service was poor. The staff didn't seem engaged with customers.

We used the swimming pool everyday. The most of the lights were burned out. There was a pair of dirty socks sitting by the towel shelf 2 days in a row. The hotel rooms were fine but one of the fridges was not working properly. The food was cool but not cold. The mattresses seemed a bit less firm, it probably needs to be replaced soon. the TV did not have Netflix options just cable channels. It does not entertain kids enough.

I have the booking issue from Hotel.com. a manager, Haroune, helped me to make a call and got the solution. he is very nice and repeat the customer.

Needs some work.

Spent the days in hikes and mostly spent the nights here. Other than wifi didn't use much of the facilities and boy, is the internet bad... it reminded me of the dial-up days. Unreliable and slow. Area around the property is still being developed so a bit messy right now. No option to dine apart from the in-house restaurant unless you drive for 30 minutes. Not bad but for $300/night I'd expect better.

The walls were a little dirty for some reason but other than that it seemed to be fairly clean. The pool was great, the casino paid out and it’s got great views of the mountains.

Too noisy not very clean

Lovely big room but there was quite a bit of noise not from the road, which we thought might be a problem but from the room itself. Every time the toilet was flushed in the room above, it was really noisy in our room. Also, we had to turn the fridge temperature down and in the end off overnight as it was very noisy. The air-conditioning was also too noisy to leave on at night but it was cool enough. There were guests staying on our floor, who were not very considerate until late at night, letting the door slam and talking and shouting in loud voices up and down the corridor.

Checked in at 3! Room had faulty a/c, fridge and phone! They wanted to switch us to a room with a pullout couch! Bit ridiculous for a $400 room! Finally managed to get another room at 530! Front desk staff and on duty manager could care less about the situation!
