Got in late restaurant was closed. We ate at the bar. It was awesome

Nice spacious room. Very clean. Comfy mattress and pillows. Was my third time staying here. The buffet is really missing.

Staff were friendly and our room was clean. The only negative thing I would say is that the facilities were quite dated and I felt that the price we paid for one night was a bit steep for a 90's vibe.

Well maintained property, squirt and clean

This place needs up keeps. Light bulbs burnt out. Holes in walls in common areas. Homeless people hanging around inside the lobby and casino. General cleaning is needed.

They should change out the Danby fidges because they act as freezers and no control to change. Rooms ok but we didn’t get beds made up on second night . Litter left around outside and people smoke too close to exit door.

Great Overall

Was a very nice time

Nice rooms with very comfortable beds. We had a room with a view of the mountains and enjoyed the sunsets. Very good food in the dining area. They have an attached casino they we enjoyed one evening as well. Very nice and friendly staff. Only a half hour from Banff and less expensive to stay

No room service; can’t even communicate with the restaurant from room phone. Wine is terrible - need more choices or better choices.
