Clean room.

Check in was easy, up to the room, it was dirty with an odd smell throughout the halls. The bed was uncomfortable, pillows were nice. The bathroom had been updated and was clean, the toilet had a leak and ran constantly. The wifi cut out continuously. The Cable box cut out every 1-2 minutes tried rebooting and gave up. The in room safe was a safe in the closet on the floor, not secured to anything. The pool was very dirty, from bugs hair & bandaids floating around it was a quick turn around to leave. For over $400/night would have thought standards would be better for cleanliness & comfort.

Bathroom sink wouldn't drain. Door to hallway was sticky. Wouldn't close or open easily.

The hotel was a short drive from Chief Hector reserve whare we were guests for a couple of days. We didn't take part in any casino activities, but was generally happy with our room and the property. Our fridge started leaking on our last day, but other then that no issues.

Everything good exceptional except the fact that at 1.30am when i wanted to check i was told i havent paid whilst it was a prepaid reservation. I was given absurd rates there and then after a bundle of arguments the receptionist brought out a paper with a lady's name on top which i had to point out. It was someone elses booking that he was fetching he didnt read my name properly and mistook it for some other lady's name who had an unpaid booking. Disrespecting and disappointing.

Poor signage for hotel entrance. The rooms are worn and it’s apparent no money is going into the hotel. The staff were great and the restaurant food was okay. We wouldn’t stay again!

The coffee in the restaurant was terrible. One of the room door was broken and it beeped all night

Went to restaurant in the hotel and when my daughter’s meal never arrived, was just old they forgot to put it in! No remote for tv in the room. Went to desk to see if we could get one. No one ever showed up. Had to go back again the next day and finally got one. Air conditioner/heater not working in the room. I am not sure what’s up with this hotel but service isn’t even on the radar. It’s a one and done. I will not go back

All hours of the night it seemed like my room didn’t have a door for the amount of hallway noice, every couple hours sounded like kitchen cupboards closing then some time during the night a guy yells out, I didn’t make out what was said but I didn’t get any sleep afterwards

The water slide was great fun; only 26 steps up, but a wild ride down. Great water temperature too.
