Stoney Nakoda Resort & Casino

The gas stations and coffee shop are within walking distance. There is a restaurant but unfortunately, they do not have much for gluten-free options. Sometimes, the livestock are free roaming and stepping on the evidence cab sometimes be unpleasant. This is not always a common thing. It’s got a nice casino.

I hate giving bad reviews. But we were very much disappointed. TV remote wasn’t working with the TV itself. Smelled natural gas in the hallway very early morning and late evenings, towels and sheets had stains. Very tiny toiletries. The bathroom absolutely needs a cleaning rehab, the sink was clogged. It was absolutely disgusting and on top of it the bathroom smell coming out from the every night was making us awake at night.

The Hotel/ Casino is adequate but is showing its age. The room was fine but dated. The furniture is started to show its wear. Limited dining however the food is excellent and the service was excellent as well. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Quite far from Banff. Too many taxes, regular taxes & fees, Property Fees, Resort Fee and more fees to be paid on top of the regular hotel rates.

Check in was very easy girls at the front desk are amazing and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The evenings were a bit noisier than other hotels have stayed at. Had fun at the casino. We just had breakfast at the hotel restaurant was average. The hotel is starting to show its age. I took my cat there and had no problems checking in with an animal. She enjoyed her stay.

For the price we paid and location I expected a nicer hotel, they have a restaurant but didnt seem like room service was a regular thing as it was disorganized and it was a photocopied menu. Overall, it was clean and service was okay, hot tub was nice and open until 11. The mountain view was amazing. 3/5 stars.
