Econo Lodge Phoenix North I-17

In all my years of traveling this place was the most unclean I’ve seen. Anything that you would think was dirty it was.

The parking lot was full of homes less people. The room was scary looking. There was banging noice all day and night. Not recommended for families. Recommend only for quick last minute night stay, alone.

Property really has no right to be on Expedia, it is undergoing a "remodel" but when we checked in we were given the key to our room and it didn't work. The armed security guard who had a pass key also couldn't gain access to the room...yes that's right an armed guard.

I asked for my refund back, the office and security couldn’t open my door so I left and asked for a refund. The office says they refund it from their part but still waiting for confirmation.

The room was terrible, 1st room, broken furnitures - bed, shelves, table, main entry door, curtains, no phone, lamp covers we torn, unpainted room, no internet, hole in the walls floor tiles cracked and SIPDER IN BETWEEN THE SHEETS!!!! 2nd room - no TV, cable was cut, no phone, no towels, furnitures were broken - Shelves, lamp had no covers, 3rd room - no lamp cover, no phone, writing on the walls, no towels. OVERALL THIS WAS AN UNSAFE, NOT SANITIZE PLACE TO STAY, NO RECOMMENDATION TO HAVE ANYONE STAY THERE. PEOPLE WERE ALSO LIVING THERE AS A HOME.

The toom was falling apart. It looked like ratvdroppingvin the air vent! No cover at all. Wires hanging everywhere. Lamp had a short. No fridge and dirty floors! Disappointing.

This place needs to be condemn, there was not a clean spot through out the whole place. Door looked like it has been kicked in, a few times. I seen a maid but I am not sure what she was cleaning. Maybe she was hired to try to make a bed. The walls in the room was disgusting. The room was unlive able. I had this room for a week, I couldn't do it. I checked out after the only night I stayed. Someone need to report this place and close it down!

notg even stayed in the this motel. strangers around, door lock is mal functioning. bed frame was broken and lining on the wall. bath room is dirty. bed sheet has hair on it....
