"My stay was comfortable I plan to stay a little longer."

There is no breakfast at this location. My room was clean a comfortable and even had a mini fridge I found inside a cabinet. There are no bugs the beds are clean and comfort.

The key was hard to work to open the door but the staff helped and got me inside. There was no TV inside this room as it said

The tv.

No toilet paper.. there was holes in the wall. The floor was messed up. The shower was messed up.it wasn't a good room.. I wasn't happy with what I got. I hope you guys can make it up because I'm a loyal customer.

staff was nice and tried their best to accommodate me, despite the issues with the motel. They knew how bad it was.

The entire hotel is in disrepair. The door to the first room i was offered had been kicked in. The second room had a lock that had to be jiggled to open, and the bathroom door wouldn't close because it too had been kicked in. TV internet had to be restarted frequently, and instructions on how to do so weren't clear. towels were old and small, not very absorbent. shower rod did not fit the tub, and the curtain was too short so the floor flooded each time we showered.

The workers were nice

Literally everything else. The hotel room was super dirty. I need to emphasize that I’ve stayed at a lot of cheap motels—this was the absolute nastiest room i’ve ever seen. The sink and the bathroom door was broken. There was dirt in the bath tub. Stains everywhere. Smelled like smoke even tho we booked a non-smoking room, and employees were smoking right outside. The room key wouldn't work and a worker had to let us in twice—he told us this was a common issue. Loud noises throughout the night. Website said there was breakfast included and there was not. Also the photo was of a completely different room. Complete scam for the price. I saw a review from someone staying in the same exact room on yelp and i know this because i recognized the SAME STAINS.
