Sonder The Wellesley

The area was great and everything you could imagine was a walk away. We had stayed here for over a week, and the stay was clean, convenient, quiet, and a pleasure. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Wifi was unreliable; appt located in the basement: TV not hooked up to service; state of appt very “worn”; no desk for work/laptop.

Speedy service and communication thru app, clean room, would definitely recommend. Cloae to many restaurants and toronto downtown

The shower was terrible. Very little water. We only stayed 1 nite of the three we paid for.

The access and workers response was great!

Building and facilities were inhospitable.Environment was untidy, staircase leading to room 401was steep with narrow walkway.The room itself was like an attic poorly ventilated,with very poor wifi.Airconditioning had no control.Very scary experience.Came down with flu after my stay

The location is good. Place is pretty small.

Nice and Simple

Pros: A lovely little hotel in a very convenient location. The decor was nice, the bed cozy, and the check-in process was seamless. I was in the basement and am a light sleeper, but wasn't personally bothered by the subway noise and didn't need to use the earplugs provided. Cons: It was insanely hot in my room, even after turning off the radiator. (I stayed in February, when the temperatures were below zero). I can only assume the heat was blasting in the other rooms on my floor. I was also disappointed that there was no extra coffee creamer in the storage closet, and no toothpaste or stir sticks in my room. Finally, it snowed heavily one morning and nobody came to shovel the entryway. It was quite unsafe, especially when traveling with heavy luggage.

Right cross street of the subway station, nearby major downtown shopping, easy to check-in, and the comfiest bed.
