Beautiful views with great staff and outgoing guests. Enjoyed their wonderful restaurants that have very good food & views. Rooms & beds very comfortable. Looking forward to a return visit while visiting friends in the area.

Stayed in the bungalow which was a lovely location with a great view. However somehow the gratuity on one of our receipts at the family pool was changed without our knowledge, which we find to be totally unacceptable. At check out hotel tried to claim that they automatically charge 18% on every receipt, but the hotel needs to be transparent on any automatically applied gratuity on receipts which it wasn’t in this case. Lastly, yesterday I was served undercooked rubbery chicken at the Catalina kitchen which the staff were just as appalled about as I was. Now dealing with the beginning symptoms of food poisoning, how severe that will become I do not know. Very disappointing overall.

Came here 10 years ago, was fantastic. This time place was poorly managed , dirty in all public places , had too many guests for seats around pool . No Lifeguard in pool with loads of very small kids . Rude restaurant staff. Loud music outside our room as a wedding was taking place at night . The place is shabby and ratty. Needs a good refurb. Was just a miserable experience

Excellent service clean room, beautiful location

Beautiful property, very friendly staff but they were overwhelmed by 2 weddings taking place and couldn’t handle all the vehicles at the valet, lost our car when we tried to go to our dinner reservation off property so had to provide transportation for us. My Ocean view room had a tree blocking the balcony and view so had to go back to the front desk and stand in line a 2nd time to change rooms. The staff was more than accommodating to help correct things but was just a lot to go through for a one night stay.

Seems there is limited staff for assistance on basic needs. The property is beautiful but customer service could be boosted

Beautiful location, albeit off the beaten path

Almost purposely overpriced to the point of ridiculousness.

Not only beautiful but always clean, great service and always upholds its class.

Great resort with large pools and friendly staff. Dinner at Mar’sel was outstanding! Beautiful cliff walks with expansive views.
