The property is beautiful and the staff were very nice.

Taking a casita upgrade was not worth it, the casitas are far from the main facilities and under-equipped. Other than a very comfortable bed - poor shower, no kitchenette or coffee facilities, only 2 small cans of water, not enough shuttle capacity, room service takes ages in the morning. The quality of food on the property is really disappointing esp considering the prices. This resort simply wasn’t good value.

I recently stayed at this resort with my family, expecting a seamless luxury experience. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a very disappointing encounter with the valet team. My car arrived much later than expected, and instead of offering assistance, the valet was disrespectful and escalated the situation. This was especially upsetting as I was waiting with my two children, one of whom is just 1 year old, for over 15 minutes. For a valet-only luxury resort, this behavior is not acceptable. To her credit, the Guest Services Manager approached us, apologized sincerely, and acknowledged that this was not reflective of their usual valet service. However, first impressions matter greatly, and this experience fell short of the high standards one would expect from a resort of this caliber.

Great resort to stay around LA.

This is an exceptional property - in the top 5 we’ve stayed at world wide. The entertainment is top notch. The one negative is that the pools were overrun with people. That wasn’t really a big deal, but they had one guy trying to wait on all of the people around one pool (over 100 people). So our first drink took 35 minutes, our second drink took 40 minutes, and our third drink took 45. We just decided to leave, and we would’ve hung out longer had been decent service. It wasn’t this guy‘s fault, it was just an incredible lack of staffing.

I rented one of the largest villa at the resort. I highly recommend it for families. No need to valet your car as the resort were flooded with guests and conferences. Skip the queues. Beautiful and relaxing. We have been coming here for years. The customer service Judy got better. Even the maids and maintenance crew were pleasantly friendly. We extended our stay. You will enjoy their nightly live music entertainment to end the day.

The resort is gorgeous! The staff was amazing! The restaurants were amazing!
