If you wish to arrange a shuttle service, please contact the hotel notifying your complete name, number of people, check-in and check-out days and flight details. This service has to be booked 48 hours in advance and is paid for at the hotel. Please note, laundry services and spa facilities are available for an extra fee. Please note the property requires all adults and children to present a passport or valid identification at the time of check-in. All minors who do not come with their parents must bring the original authorization to enter the hotel in the company of third parties, duly signed and authenticated before a notary public, by the parents or guardians of the minor and attach the identity documents When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please verify that the child’s age at the time of stay matches the age listed on the reservation. If the child is not included in the reservation, you will be required to pay the difference directly at the hotel or request a modification through Booking.com, including the applicable additional charge.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
