El paisaje es sin duda único y especial

En las referencias de booking decía que tenía aire acondicionado. Esto no es así. También decía que mi habitación era para dos adultos y un niño. Pedí una cama doble para el niño y no nos la dieron. Le dieron una cama pequeña dela que podía caerse. Pusimos con mucho cuidado el colchón en el piso y recibimos una carta que parecía un llamado de atención de colegio. Al organizar nuestra habitación, movieron todo de lugar, nuestras cosas personale, a pesar de haber solocitado personalmente no hacerlo). Las comidas un poco flojas, incluso en el restaurante de reservas.

1. Habitación: amplia 2. All inclusive: todo es de calidad y mucha variedad Fui con mi esposa y una bebe y todo espectacular : la Bebe disfruto mucho sobre todo los animalitos de la granja.

Estuve en el modulo 1 había mucho ruido hasta tarde. El problema es que estaba con un bebe que se acuesta temprano. Tal vez un modulo retirado hubiera sido mejor.

Instalaciones limpias y personal muy amable

Un hotel con demasiadas restricciones sin sentido que desmejoran la experiencia del cliente y la comida del buffet tiene mucho por mejorar

"Excelente ubicación y relación calidad/precio."

La vista de la habitación hacia la naturaleza y el paisaje cafetero. También era alejada del ruido de la piscina y se sentía muy tranquila y en contacto con la naturaleza. Además, el puente a Panaca es lo mejor de este hotel; la posibilidad de estar en el parque con solo caminar es invaluable.

La recreación de la piscina, muy ruidosa, y desde muy temprano. Tampoco me gustó que no hubiera room service.

La ubicación es muy buena, esta a todo el lado del parque panaca

La habitación estaba muy desgastada, el baño tenía varias telarañas, el baño estaba muy feo la verdad, no tenía aire acondicionado, solo ventilador. Las sábanas se veían sucias, realmente dormimos muy incómodos. En la habitación se escuchaba todo lo que hablaban al lado. La comida del bufete no era muy buena
