"BAD EXPERIENCE"

VERY BAD FOOD AND DRINKS, THE BATHROOM DONT HAVE BANISTERS AND THE FLOOR IS TOO SLIPPERY IN THA ROOM. THE HOTEL NEED TO IMPROVE THE SERVICE AND SECURITY.

The hotel is very nice, clean and quiet but the food is not as good as I expected. The service was excellent, the shows were entertaining and fun. The herradura restaurant was great. If the food was of better quality the hotel would be a 5 stars

"Decameron"

Little farm and entertainment were excellent. Hotel theme is great. You get to milk the cows, feed the animals, pick your own eggs for breakfast. They were welcoming, friendly. As per downside, bar tenders, and bar in general was bad. No welcoming, some of them were rude. Drinks served were really really bad!. Beer was from a plastic jar after being filled up from the beer barrel. Cocktails 🤮 wine test like vinegar, kids drinks- none. Either water or coke from a 2little bottle. My little ones doesn’t drink any sodas at all so they had only water. Bedrooms doesn’t have kettle or coffee machine. All inclusive is not worth it. But the farm experience is great!
