Outstanding pools! Variety of pools to choose! Staff was excellent. Food was great but a little expensive… They have a 2 for 1 Happy Hour from 4:00-6:00! And a swim up bar!

The attention of the staff, always calling you by your name and being helpful. Room were big and clean, with everything that you need. The hot springs. Quality of the breakfast. The view from the balcony directly to the volcano.

Prices are really high, building is a bit old-fashioned

The best of the hotel was the breakfast and the were friendly.

The lack of hygiene in the room was obvious. The carpet was dirty and we had to ask them to remove it. There was an old, smelly water stain in the bathroom. The mattress was worn out. The value for money is really poor.
