The service was great - at check in we were welcomed with a towel and drink. The staff were friendly and always happy to help. The hot spa was delightfully warm and was lovely to sit in at the pool bar when the weather was overcast. Breakfast had great choices and was lovely whilst sat under the palms. The rooms were large and cleaned daily. Our shower was amazing.

We were a little disappointed in the food at the hotel. We are foodies. The lava restaurant was a beautiful setting but fell short of the price that we paid. We had to ask for wine that we had ordered when our main meals were served and my dish ( which was identical to my daughters came without its sauce.)
