Atrium Ambiance Hotel

We liked how close it was to restaurants and the beach. Location wise it is excellent. It was modern and the room was great. Communal areas always clean.

There was water mould in the pool which left unsightly white bits floating around. Needs a serious clean/hoover. Meant we went to the beach often despite the fact we had booked a hotel with a pool. Tiles around the pool are super slippery, need to take caution as we watched multiple people slip over.

Great location. Next to main strip and a short 10 minute walk to the old town. Fantastic breakfast. Great choices and great food

Everything is ok, the food is tasty and varied. The hotel is near the beach and within walking distance of the old town. Staff is helpful and pleasant

Everything was perfect

The staff was welcoming, honest and full of useful information. Our room was clean with a nice sized balcony, though the bathroom was smaller than any other hotel we've stayed in. However, there's enough room for basic needs and soap etc was provided. The bed was very comfortable and pillows too. There's an option to request different pillows if you prefer for a small cost. Breakfast and dinner were nice with options for everyone (also for Italian people. I don't understand the complaints about breakfast as there were cakes, brioche, fruit, bread, jams, yogurt etc and not only savory eggs and so on) It was nice they offered some Greek choices rather than only "International ." The woman in particular who oversaw the dining service was so sweet and always smiling. All dining staff was cordial and professional. The pool was nice and we found there was enough sun for most of the day. If you have a flight later than check out time, they let you use the showers and bathroom from the gym if you need. A nice comfort.

With half board/mezza pensione, dinner is included. But you must pay €2,50 for water which is a bit cringe. Seeing guests hide water in their bags and drink it secretly in a 4 star hotel is a little embarrassing. Maybe a water distributor with carafes people can fill would be better. The inside of the pool could be cleaned a bit more. However the area of the sunbeds was spotless and organized.

Buffet could be a little bit better. Less choice in the evening. No fresh orange juice in the morning.
