The Blue Boar - Historic Country Inn near Stratford-upon-Avon

Breakfast was 10 out of 10 . Uber there and back £20 but room was so cheap

Great location. Rooms high quality and clean. Staff were fantastic

The king size room was spacious and modern. The room and bathroom was spotless. The staff are friendly and food on the menus excellent. The area is so quiet at night.

The mattress on our bed was really bad, it was extremely uncomfortable, had springs sticking out. We got no sleep which ruined the whole visit. A small thing, you can hear the music from the bar in the room but as soon as the pub closes at 11pm it goes off.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Blue Boar. The inn is lovely and the staff were very welcoming and attentive. Our room was large, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Breakfast was lovely. We also ate our evening meal in the restaurant and the food and service were excellent. The inn is very close to Stratford and there is also a lovely antiques and interiors centre with cafe nearby. We will certainly stay at The Blue Boar again if we are in the area.

It was cosy, clean, the staff made us feel so welcome and the food was absolutely amazing and delicious, the outside looked amazing the inside was amazing your very beautiful beamed historic features and the room was decent size and we had the best sleep ever

There was nothing to dislike about the property is was really nice

Food was OK...was simply asked eventually well what dyu want...had to go in search of someone to give us tea ...after that we were asked not by her but by a person I assumed was the manager 'what do you want

Unfriendly ...was almost the first statement the bar closes at 10pm ...it was Friday night !
