Everything was good
USSide door had a large container blocking it also had dog thrown at there.
USI liked the location the breakfast the pool and how quiet it was. it was also close to the kings dominion theme park.
When I called the front desk before we got there because I was confused on how to extend my stay on booking.com the lady hung up on me the second time. When we first got there our hotel room had a huge bed bug on the pillow of my bed they moved our rooms but I think we should have gotten an upgrade for the inconvenience. The beds were rock hard and besides that the entire stay I felt like I had something crawling on me all night. The hotel also smells like mildew when we put the ac on full blast! Very unpleasant stay probably will not be back!
USUSThe breakfast was very limited. Waffles,French toast,bagels cereal and sausage links. The room was clean. Pool inside was really cold. But overall we will stay there again.

The train that went by my room’s window at 3 a.m. Also, the locking mechanisms on the door were clearly broken previously with subpar repairs —looked halfhearted with visible screws hanging out, like the maintenance staff lacked skills and concern for quality. Similar to what you might get from a troubled teen in a high school shop class.
Overall a good place to stay
USGreat location. Great breakfast. Late checkout @12. That extra hour goes a long way. Side doors actually worked. If you parked on the side you didn't have to go the front. Pool opened until 11 for kids, and 1130 for adults. I love the adult only pool times. This place was quiet too. Also let us stay parked after check out for a day at kings Dominion. Definitely will be back.
We had a family of 5 yet we only got 4 wash clothes and towels. When we requested more they claimed they didn't have anymore.
