The room was nice and clean and very quiet. Good wifi. Beds are firm but not that supportive. The room AC works well, but in our room, the buttons for high and low fan speed didn’t work, just Auto. That means the noise comes on and off all night, which can disrupt sleep. I'm okay with maid service every other day instead of every day. But inform people in advance and provide towel racks so we can reuse bath towels. The bathroom has a large counter area near the sink, a plus for families. But the slick floor of the tub needs a bathmat. If the pool is closed, put it on the website, not just a notice you see when you check in. Anybody who has become even a little more health conscious in the last 30 years will find a breakfast stuck in the 20th century. The selection is definitely a cut above a continental breakfast, but no whole grains or fresh fruit. I was going to bring some berries from home, but I didn't because the website did not say the rooms have refrigerators (which they do). Cereal dispenser prominently boasts Kellogg's brand, but they are generic. Signs say to use the stairs in case of fire, but it's hard to locate the stairs.
Our beds were rock solid, and the pillows went flat as soon as your head hit them. As soon as we got off the elevator to the second floor where our room was, the whole hallway smelled like weed, and so did our room. When I went to the front desk, all I got was a can of air freshener and was told, “good luck, I can’t do anything unless you know who it is.” Horrible service, will not be staying here ever again!

I didn’t like that I had to leave the hotel to find quarters to use the washer and dryer. If they offer the washer and dryer and don’t have quarters to give you wants the point

Our stay was just okay. There was a weird smell. There were many times where the front desk was unattended. There were times I needed towels and clothes, but took a long to time to obtain.
