We had a great experience overall. Aside from the check in process, everything went smoothly. The lady at the front desk was rude, said she didn’t have a reservation under my name, even though I had the confirmation and everything. She said she couldn’t do anything about it. Refused to call someone else to ask. I waited at the desk for about an hour (trying to get in touch with someone who would help). Another front desk employee arrived and was able to help and check me in right away. After that, everything went well. The location is soo perfect, just steps from the beach, and the room was clean and comfortable, just what we needed.

Perfect vacation for me. I needed to relax and recharge. I wanted close to beach and pool and it was perfect. I was in a Neptune room. I used the hollygo transportation to go to Walmart for some things and I cooked ery nice steaks and seafood all week and saved so much money that way. Room was perfect and cozy, and clean, staff was amazing. I said Monday through Monday and if there is any downside personally for me I would say when I come back I'll stay Monday through Friday as once Friday and Saturday hit you will have one couple or family book a room and then invite 30 of their friends to come party at the pool and take it over but hey that's a weekend crowd has nothing to do with the hotel itself, cant expect them to babysit grown adults. I plan on coming back in Sept. Totally worth it

The rooms was nice, bed was a little harder than im used to. Had a kitchenette in it. Check in was easy, room deposite came back same day as check out. Front desk staff was really nice and full of good information. Definitely will be back for our birthdays.
