I’ve stayed at Hollywood Beach Hotels many times, and it truly feels like a home away from home. You honestly can’t beat the value — you’re right by the beach, the rooms are always clean, and they include free breakfast and free Wi-Fi. For what you get, it’s amazing. But what really keeps me coming back is the front office team, and especially Maria. She is hands down one of the most professional and genuinely kind people I’ve ever encountered in hospitality. On a recent stay, I happened to be in the office when another guest completely lost their cool over something pretty minor, and Maria handled it with so much grace, patience, and composure — never once losing her smile or her professionalism. And that’s not a one-time thing; she’s like that every single time I come in, always going out of her way to make sure guests are taken care of. Thank you, Maria — you’re the reason this place feels like home!
