Hollywood Beach Hotels

We rented this location because they stated it had two beds and a sofa which could be used as a bed. there were 3 good size men to use this room. So we made sure they had our accommodations. while checking in another couple complained of they needed three beds, but the Mgr. A good size Latin looking fellow stated that's 350.00 more per night. so after overhearing that conversation, I asked the desk attendant if we had the two beds and a sofa, which he replied yes, you do. But after finding our room #501 there was only two beds in this room No Sofa, imagine that a bold face Lie just to extract more money from us. I am sure the management thinks this was just a misunderstanding and they would gladly fix this for more money. My uncle had an air mattress in his truck that we had to use for the nights we were there. three days into our stay the cleaning lady came to clean the room but only cleaned one bed. My uncle moved the air mattress off the second bed, but she never made or cleaned that side of the room. this room was pretty clean when we checked in so they get compliments on having a clean place. But the room had only two beds and a square 4 drawer collapsible chest that was bought at the dollar store to put clothes in. there was no nightstands or any tables except the kitchen table, this place had nothing inside the room. I mean nothing not a dixie cup or anything to drink from so if you take medicine you have to bring your own cup or container to get water from. There were not any Kleenex, or any paper towels the only paper was just whatever was on the roll of toilet paper. They did say you could come to the office to get a kitchen box but i did not even ask about that. I then asked about the parking, and he replied since i have a credit card there is a transaction fee plus the parking. later when i got home and looked at my statement the parking was $ 197.50 for 5 days. This location was close to the beach and was clean but that is all i can say about that, Between the bold face Lying and the Crazy high price to park there which is on my Credit card. and not having any place to put anything while you're there except the kitchen counter. I would think they could treat customers better.

The location was great. The breakfast was subpar at best. It could be improved. The bathroom door didn’t close and the bathroom window wouldn’t close.

Lot of noise from people walking beside hotel People upstairs sounded like they were bowling. Very noise but close to the beach. Rooms were clean

This hotel has the location as its biggest positive. Any of their hotels are a quick walk to the beach/boardwalk where there are plenty of restaurants and access to rentals to enhance your beach experience. The housekeeping staff works hard to maintain the cleanliness. The breakfast option is better than nothing. The buildings could use proper maintenance. Access to pools is nice but some are better than others. The rooms are not created equal. If they put money into these units it could be a really nice place. As it is it is okay.

Love the location, especially so close to Broadwalk and beach. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be back.

Location was nice, close to the beach. Rooms were not as photoed shown on the app we booked over. They’re a bit run down/old. It said we had a courtside view but we actually had a view of a concrete/wiring wall 2 feet from our window covering the window.

Good stay. Feel satisfied.Good Value. Clean. Perfect location.
