The staff is amazing, always cheerful and ready to help. A nice hotel with decent food for the included breakfasts. It’s right in the middle of the shopping area and near 3 beaches. The front desk helped arrange my tours at a great price and handled all the logistics. I would definitely return and would recommend this place as a good choice to stay in Aonang.

We had one of the Pool Accsess roms on the quiet pool side. There are electric outlets on both sides of the best and 3 pillows for each side. Swimming towels, bath robes, two pairs of Flip-Flops and Umbrella also in the room. Good Wi-Fi. Breakfast was very good and great variety of Western and Thai food. Only 15 minutes walk to Ao Nang beach and 15 minutes to the Night market. Also lot of Tuc Tuc taxi outside to take you around. The hotel offer trips to different islands with hotel transfer included in the price and accident insurance.

Me and my family stayed 5 days at this great hotel. We had a family room with 2 rooms, with lots of space and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good with lots of options. The pools and the water park are a nice addition. The hotel is located at a 10 minute walk to the night market or to the pier to take the boat to Railey Beach. I also recommend the hotel spa where I had an amazing massage. We also organized with the hotel a tour to Hong Island. We had a great time atAnanta Burin!

The hotel is in a great location, easy access for all of Ao Nang and around. The rooms and great with breakfast having many choices. The hotel is a little tired in places but is due a refurb and some of the areas when looking from the balconies could be tidied up. However, these are minor and with the water slides, we really enjoyed the hotel and would recommend.

Nice property for price, water park is 2 slides so not what I call a water park, food ok not great, staff very friendly and polite, cannot fault them .

This hotel doesn't even deserve to be called a hotel.. We were staying in the deluxe room with direct pool access. 1. From moment we checked in, at 8pm it has been horrible, lady staff at check-in was sooo rude when I told her the passport are in the suitcase and since I had an injury just before coming I couldn't bend down to open the case as I needed treatment.. she was so rude she told me no passport, no check-in. Go wait. I know she is doing the procedure, but there is something called being compassionate.. to be noted that we checked in without even being provided the proper information. She just said, "Take ur key and go.." 2. Every time we passed by reception. She would laugh with her other male colleagues pointing at us. It was raining, we were a family of 4, and we had one umbrella in the room. Asked the same lady for umbrella, she said we don't provide from reception. A few minutes later, another guest came to ask for an additional umbrella she provided it instantly. Went back to her to ask for her logic and why it was provided to them and not to us. She rolled her eyes and gave me an umbrella. 3. The rooms are filfthy. Hair was on the side of the bed.. LOOOOOnggg hair!! In the shower and even in the cup of tea, there was dust.. towels smell like mould. My son was sleeping in the additional bed we paid for. The mattress was hard like rock it was not even a mattress. His bed was full of ants.. red ants!! He woke up the first day with full ant bite all other his body. Called reception, housekeeping came and sprayed, but even that didn't help, everyday we could see the ants crawling from under.. When u take shower, the smell is horrible and there is water leakage all over. 4. Hotel staff was going through our stuff. The suitcase item was upside down as if someone was looking for something. The first day, I noticed money was missing. But I was not 100% sure.. 5. SLIDES NEVER OPENED!! We booked this hotel because of the slides, but in 4 nights stay, the water park was open only once for one hour.. 6. After all this. I asked to speak to the duty manager but he was never available. Few times they told me he is not here. Once they even say he comes to work only after 10 pm. In our 4 days stay, we never manage to speak to the manager. The staff are very disrespectful and not bothered to even ask what's the problem is. If you want to enjoy your stay in Krabi, I would certainly not recommend staying in this hotel.

It was a great hotel for kids with waterslides and pools and great room. So if that's all you are after for a holiday. That is the place for you. However we were disappointed with the lack of activities run by the hotel. It was also extremely disappointing we were charged $12 AUD for a broken coffee cup, especially as I was upfront about it (no hotel I know of would ever ask this for one cup) and an accidental stain cost us $80, which was outragious. I'm sure children accidentally damage or stain items and would not be charged that amount as it would be part of the hotels insurance for accidental damage. This left us feeling quite negative about the hotel.
