Nice, clean property with A/C. Two nice pools with views of the beach/ocean. Easy walk to Ave Miguel Hidalgo, but far enough away that it is quiet at night. Felt safe for my family.

Beach towel policy is a little funny - 1 towel per person, check out a towel 8am-noon, return by 8pm, otherwise you get charged. Not sure if this is all the time, but the beach was definitely not for swimming due to the rough water.

Great location, close to all the Great restaurants bars! Lovely decor and great spa.

This is not a 5 star hotel. Broken sofa beds were not fixed, even after 4 separate reports. The beach bar made poor quality and watered down drinks and made mistake on the simplest of orders. If you're discerning, you'll be disappointed by the food and drink offer, but there are great options a close walk from the hotel.
