The location was great close to the main beaches.

The staff was rude and disrespectful, they also didn’t honor our stay. They said because we booked thru a third party they moved us to another room.

La ubicación se puede decir que es lo mejor del alojamiento,luego le sigue el personal que es muy amable y siempre esta a la disposición,el personal de la recepción es muy cordial ,da la impresión que hacen más de lo que tienen para hacer.

Alargué mi estancia y no tenían control de esto,por lo que me enviaron correo pidiéndome que abandonara la habitación,estas cosas pueden ser incomodas y más cuando andas con niños,las piscinas pudieran darle mejor limpieza,estaba antihigiénico total,donde están las duchas para quitarse la arena está con mucha basura,estas cosas si cambian le dan un mejor plus al hotel.
