Location is not bad Room is comfortable Staff is good help

The hotel has no beach and we knew that but they did not inform us that they were doing a canopy besides the pool, so it was a bit bothersome . One other thing they charge $200 for incidentals, no hotel does that now a days .

Ужасно. Весь номер разбит. В санузле все смесители сломаны. Все грязно. Бронировали в последний день, дорого и ужасно! Путешествуем уже достаточно давно, хуже отеля ещё не видели. Непонятно за что заплатили.

Location is the best on the island. Close to North Beach yet secluded. Beautiful beach, pool area, and views from patio. Close to the main street for evening activities, and easy walking distance to west side of island for sunsets. Would stay here every time, despite the items that could have been better.

It was impossible to get the temperature in the room comfortable - either too cold or too humid/hot. Front desk seldom had an English speaker available - which was fine, but it should be noted so guests come prepared. The pool bar was only staffed a few hours a day and not into the evening. It would have been nice to have a drink by the pool before going to dinner. To note, the hotel next door has a spectacular rooftop bar that became our go to pre-dinner stop. Perhaps this information could be provided to guests. It was several days in before we discovered it.

Quiet area but close to everything which was only 1 block away. Water coolers in hallways.

Older hotel, staff not too friendly. Small bathroom. Expensive for what you get.
