Problème d’eau chaude Vue sur un espace de stockage de vieux matériel alors que BOOKING nous avez vendu une chambre avec vue sur piscine intérieure de l’hôtel. La chambre était très petite une fois deux valises au sol. Bruit la nuit dans les couloirs.

The location was quiet and quaint. I don't like large resorts or all-inclusive style properties. This is family run and you can tell from the family staff to the free coffee, water and books to read. They deal with the issues asap because they own the place and it's their business to make it all good for their guests. I loved that we could walk down the drive and find so many good food options. I loved the ocean view and sound of the waves all day. We met so many nice people who are regulars! Secretly, I wish it was adults only but it's nice to see families there too.

I did not like that some guests were smoking on the beach right off the pool area, not good. I also wish they offered a toaster in their kitchen area for use...sometimes just a slice of toast is enough for a snack or breakfast.

Nada el hotel me gusto lo único pero normal en la mayoría de lugares que dan preferencia en la atencion a los norteamericanos pero es una mala costumbre que tenemos hacia ellos y no recibir el mismo trato a cambio

Nice pool, good location

Room is only serviced every other day, screaming kids in the room next door with very thin walls, room felt a bit grimy

Perfekt läge! Underbar pool och en liten egen strand. Max fem min att gå till tex Playa Norte, centrum och färjan. Lugnt och skönt- Vi hade en extra liten pool som vi delade med fyra rum, precis utanför vårt rum. Magiskt att svalka sig i när vi kom hem från stranden. Välj detta hotell, prisvärt!

Starting to show a little age, bar could be open longer. They should clear the sargassum.

Veldig bra plassering og fine rom. Stranden var ubrukelig grunnet sargassum, noe som var litt synd siden det er en utrolig stor og vakker strand. Men var bare en kort gange til playa norte så gikk fint. Kort vei til sentrum.

Ingen restaurant eller mat muligheter. Ikke mulig å bade på stranden.

Room access to pool. Patio on our ground floor was great. Short walk to North Beach. Short walk to good restaurants.

Everything was good.

La gentillesse du personnel, la chambre spacieuse et propre, le jardin, la piscine, accès direct à la plage Norte, le calme. On y retournera sans hésitation. Tout était parfait. Merci à tout le personnel. Et les massages exceptionnels, les masseuses sont professionnelles et adorables vraiment.

The pool and beach (for walking along) and the proximity to North Beach and everything in town.

We were in the 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor. It was a nice, big space, but a lot of stairs to walk up with our kiddo. The cleaning schedule wasn't super clear.
