Quality INN & Suites Greeneville,Tn We checked in at 7pm after reserving days in advance for a king bed room. Front desk clerk was not a social butter fly. She checked us in and credit card payment did not show running through, then clerk had to run the credit card through computer because the credit card machine did not work. Only notice the payment went through is when my credit card usage alert was given by email. We went to our room #102 finding the door was held open by a bundled shirt. We announced this and opened the finding the room was used with no bedding and a sheet on the bed. Room smelt of cologne. We pointed this out to the clerk who first gave a clueless face not talking, then stated "what do you want to do we have no other King bed rooms (Mind you that we drove straight from Palm Beach County,Fl). Clerk stated we can give you a queen bed room with double beds and I will not charge you. We agreed for the room only due to the time of night and short notice for another booking at a descent price. Once we got into the queen room #106. We inspected the room finding one pillow case had a stain of unknown Origin on it and two of the wash cloths were stained. We brought the pillow case to the clerk who replaced the pillow case with no appoligies or response. Manage (D. Patel) came out asking if we were helped. My wife told him above the condition of the room reserved, pillow case, and towels. Manager acknowledged nothing and voiced no apology. Just walked away. We are easy customers and have stayed in many other motels of all different ratings atleast 7 and above. I would say do not stay at this motel and will be giving such ratings. I also will be filing a formal complaint with Booking.com. This not close to a 7 rated motel with the average price range ($100+/night). We are only here for two days or we would have sought elsewhere to stay.

Quiet and clean. The breakfast wasn’t very good, but everything else was good.

Third time staying here. Better priced than others. The room was decent. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast has never been great, but it was even worse this time. Eggs and sausage not edible. The coffee has always been bad. Not sure why there is HBO on tv but only in Spanish.

Friendly staff and clean room.

Dated tub/shower but functional.

Pool dirty. Pool chair broken. Spring in bed squeaked.

Check-in was super easy but the beds were pretty hard.
