Quality Inn Greeneville - Tusculum

I booked the hotel because of the pool. The pool was not working. All they needed to do was put on their website. The pool was being maintenance in the middle of the summer and I would’ve booked the next place in line.

!! POOL IS CLOSED !! One of the reasons we chose this hotel is that it had a swimming pool. Little did we know that inside the lobby after we checked in, and was looking for the pool, a sign leading outside to the pool area stated that the pool was closed for repair. Very disappointed !! Also, there was a Tesla car and a pick up truck parked in the Port-cochare for the entire two days that we were there. I'm assuming that they both belonged to someone who works there. This became an inconvenience on the day that we were loading our car to go home. I thought this area was for the guests anyway ?? The food was decent, and the hospitality was ok. The male room attendant who brought our towels was very friendly. I wish I could remember his name.

Excellent place to stay

All areas were excellent and met our needs. (if you are looking for an area that could be improved, it is the breakfast scrambled eggs)

This property was disgusting! Lots of hair in our shower and the shower curtain, which strongly smelled of mold. Our entire floor smelled of curry and it seeped into our room. Our AC was broken and the room never got to 60 degrees. We were told the pool was closed for construction however i saw no construction going on , we were extremely disappointed and disgusted

The room is too small, the picture on the website is misleading, the pictures make the propery look so big but it is not. The property smells bad. Weird set up for the room. It's pricey for what you are getting.
