Quality Inn Greeneville - Tusculum

The location was nearby a lot of food places and stores.

Noisy neighbor and the staff came knocking at the door 2 minutes past 11am I felt rushed I was packing up finna head out but they knocked 4 times rushing me

Staff were kind and considerate very nice would come back a thousand times and the breakfast is good with many options

Location and cost

Being a well used hotel, it needs to be cleaned better. Our feet were black on the bottom after walking around in the room the previous night. The floor was not carpet but the solid flooring planks. It was pretty and had the look of hardwood. But really our feet were black. I think it needs a good mopping or steaming.

we have stayed here several times its always quiet and clean the staff is very friendly and helpful we will be back to stay again

This place was horrible. The room was not clean, the walls paperthin and had to call to get the person in adjacent room to quiten down. Had to ask for towels, toilet paper and when you went to use the toilet paper the whole holder cane out of the wall. The bathtub was so chipped it was embarrassing. The room was not clean by any means....the Staff was not consumer friendly nor very honest or knowledgeable about common business prsctices. They advertise a beautiful pool it was nonexistent ....would never have even booked, their photos are deceiving.......

easy off of the highway and quick check in, nice large room

Dirty room, dirty floors, very small room and run down hotel, would not recommend.

Was the best place to stay in the area, the breakfast was cold and not ready to serve when it opened.
